4.5 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a malfunction in any casino game, crash game, or card game, all affected bets will be void and stakes returned to the player. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the operative rule for all RNG and live dealer game types. Where a game provider's own rules differ from this general rule, the provider's rules shall take precedence for that specific game title.
